Pilates is a unique body/mind practice that builds strength and flexibility, sharpens focus and concentration, develops body awareness, prevents injury, improves posture, and promotes sustainable movement so that you can keep moving through life. Because we all have different needs at different times, the Elemental approach supports clients to move in their element, providing fitness that is personalized for the whole person. Our classes draw from the following elements:
Water- Fluid and focused. A water session offers restorative strength through calm and flowing movements. Perfect for beginners and those who need to unwind or have an injury or pain.
Earth- Grounded and balanced. An intermediate session that focuses on integrated movements that help to anchor and balance the body and mind.
Fire- Warm and powerful. An advanced session with a quick flow that draws from the classical Pilates repertoire to develop whole-body strength and circulate energies throughout the body. No injuries please.
