Heather is an RYT-300 certified yoga instructor who has been teaching in the Black Mountain area since 2013. She enjoys helping people find a more conscious and compassionate mind-body connection through yoga. Heather encourages students to discover what feels good in their body--moving students away from concepts of what yoga "should" look like and instead discovering how yoga works for them. In her classes you will work on strength, balance, and flexibility, with encouragement to modify poses to your body's needs.
