• Our WATER class is ideal for beginners, those with minor injuries, and those wanting a more calm and restorative experience. *Develops body awareness, breath, flow, and gentle core and back strength.
• EARTH is an intermediate class that integrates all the elements together in a challenging but attainable format. *Builds balance, strength and flexibility in the whole body.
•Our FIRE class draws from the classical Pilates repertoire and is our most challenging. Not recommended for those with major injuries, osteoporosis, or disc herniations. *Builds deep core strength and flexibility, at a quicker pace.

Pilates mat work is the foundation of the Pilates method. It requires no special equipment, only a mat, and is designed to retrain your body to discover deep core strength, alignment, increased range of motion, and balanced muscle development.
